If u r worried u can go to the doctor but sometimes after u have sex or anything to do with penetration ur cervix can be irrated and cause light bleeding. This happen to me in the 1st trimester and I haven't had any bleeding since or before that. Sometimes u can have light bleeding after a positive due to final bedding of  implantation, it doesn't happen a lot so it's not common but it can happen bc I done a lot of research when I bleed bc I was really worried and I came across that information.
