I work for a remote company .. 12 employees in my certain roll ..
I just received a e mail from my manager congratulating a co worker becoming supervisor !
Come to find out my manager only told 2 people about the open position , and told them to apply and not tell everyone else !!!
Is this discrimination ? Is their a law about this ???
