I'm 296 with baby #7. This is the heaviest I have ever been. With my first I was 187, so I have gained 100 + pounds in 13 years. I've had six babies between 2009 and 2019. Baby #7 will be here in 3 months. I had it in my mind that I wouldn't be able to conceive being at such a high BMI... Don't know why I thought that way, but now I know women can conceive at 300 + pounds. 👏🏽

I am pregnant now at 433. Now granted I lost 90lbs this year, I’m extremely tall for a woman, and I’m not that far along yet , only 5 and a half weeks, but you asked about conception & I have definitely conceived. I have a team of doctors - included high risk OBs- my endo- and my regular OB and physician .. but I had my confirmation appt today! Good luck to you!

Same as you - I was 235 when I conceived this time (successfully). Was about 15 lbs lighter (220) when I conceived previously (miscarried at 12 weeks).

With my first I was around 160 .. went up to 220 during the pregnancy & never returned to 160.. lol. My second & current pregnancy started at 240 & I am 30 weeks & have only gained 10 lbs 🤞🏻🤞🏻.

Now I’m 223 with my second I’m 5 weeks now
I’m feeling really insecure lately because this is the most I’ve weighed and I want to be a healthy weight for when baby comes I don’t want to be so tired cause I already have a son who will be 2 when baby comes
