Anyone have trouble getting pregnant after IUD? (Paraguard/non hormonal IUD)

This was my 4th month trying but I don't think it worked so now I'm going to 5th month most likely for baby #2. I got pregnant first month trying for baby#1. Which could have been a coincidence and I know it hasn't been that long yet but I'm getting paranoid. When I had the IUD in I went from 3-5 day periods to 7-10 days. My periods were often a week early or a week late (since I got it taken it out they went back to exactly every 26-28 days) and with the IUD I got random sharp cramps all the time and started getting ovulation pains that I never had before. Now, I still get ovulation pains even though I didn't have them before the IUD. And I am still getting sharp cramps randomly throughout cycle and when I'm on my period/ovulation. Before the the IUD I didn't have sharp pains it was more of dull pains for cramps. All these things are continuous red flags 🚩 but I might be overthinking them. Anyone have something similar happen after IUD Removal and if you were able to get pregnant either way?
