Advice please:(

I'm 8dpo but I've been urining frequently. I've been getting nauseous a lot. Mostly car sick but I've never been car sick like this before. I had cramping almost like I was going to start my period but I'm due to start oct. 3rd. And my breast are hard, tender and sore. And looks like they're a tad bigger.. Is it possible I'm pregnant and having symptoms already? I thought u didn't get symptoms til later in month 1??
