Nauseous all the time

Is anybody else seriously struggling with nausea? I’m 7 weeks and I’ve had to call in sick to work twice this week it’s actually unbearable. I’ve tried hydrating, the sickness wristbands , ginger biscuits and nothing helps. I’m literally bed bound with zero energy and throw up once or twice a day I don’t know what I’ll do going forward I’m afraid I’ll lose my job if I stop going in 🙈 I’m also losing weight which is worrying me. Need to make a doctors appt but even the thought of going feels like climbing a mountain rn
