Fever and fussiness after 4 month vaccinations

My little guy got his 4 month vaccinations yesterday around 2:40pm and he’s been extremely tired, has had a bit of a fever (highest we recorded was 100.4F) and he’s pretty cranky like he’s in a bit of pain. We called the nurse this morning and they said it’s pretty normal and to give baby acetaminophen so we did but he’s still pretty fussy 😩 it’s been over 24 hours so I’m wondering if this is going on with other babies? I hate seeing him this way he’s acting a bit different so I hope this passes soon 😞
