I had two fillings done on Thursday (composite I’m pretty sure.) Afterwards the dentist told me to avoid hard and chewy foods, but she didn’t say if it was just for a certain amount of time or not. I’ve been afraid to really eat anything that isn’t soft or easy to swallow since lol.

I had one filling on the right and one on the left, so I don’t feel comfortable chewing on either side. Would I be okay to eat hard foods? Or should I just keep avoiding them?
