Has anybodys Doctor told them to have sex?

I had an appointment yesterday and I’m still 1cm dilated it been almost 2 weeks I’m still in 1cm.So my doctor told me to have A lot of sex to soften the cervix.To have sex everyday until Wednesday to go back to him and his going to help I don’t know what he means by that. I’m 37 Wks today. I can’t no more with this pain in my vagina and feel all this pressure and top all this contractions in the middle of the night. Will I’m texting now my hands are numbing also my right leg numbs. I just want her to come already. My Due Day is Feb,13
