Brown Discharge or Mucus Plug??

I’ve been having brown like discharge for the past 5 weeks intermittently. My doctor said that it’s normal and to just monitor and make sure it doesn’t turn red. I wiped today and this is what I saw. Is this a part of my mucus plug? Should it be something to worry about. I’m 11 weeks and 3 days. Waiting on a call from my doctor but wanted you ladies input. Freaking out BIG TIME!! Top picture from today. The rest are from over the past 5 weeks. I’ve been tested and there is no infection of any kind.
