pregnancy

im so confused ladies help me... i got my first positive pregnancy test probably a week before my period was due the day i got a positive pregnancy test i started bleeding not heavily it was bright red it lasted 2 days which my periods are usually super strong and id get cramps etc but this time i got nothing i was bleeding bright red for a day and the next day it got orange and then at the end light pink during this i went to emergency cause i thought im having another early miscarriage they did blood test work urine etc and they said im not pregnant at all which is so wierd to me anyone has a similar situation? during my "period" i had so much discharge and before i had it milky white and then right after bleeding stopped im starting to have it again ?? im so confused
