Any experienced pregnant mamas out there...HELP PLEASE!

I’m a second time mama, 29+5 weeks and usually have very watery, white milky cervical mucus. I still continue to have that but I had some like whitish/clear jelly like cervical mucus just now, maybe like a dime size worth, reminds me of the ovulating CM-stretchy too. This not a good sign? I haven’t had any bleeding or cramping just this random jelly blob. That normal? I stress about everything with two previous miscarriages I worry too much probably.
