I have taken my baby to doctor this morning. He is being referred for ultrasound. Doctor gave me the choice of referral or wait till he is 6 months old and see what like then. I obviously chose ultrasound for my peace of mind.

Recently I have noticed my baby boys skull is a bit strange looking at the back at the bottom of the skull. There is 2 little bumps, pretty symmetrical to each other. They are feel hard as if it’s his skull. I took him to doctor thinking it was probably fine but just wanted to make sure, the doctor then said there’s usually one bump there but not two which is what my baby has.

I am worried sick, the doctor said nothing more than that and I just have to wait until I am referred. I will attach pictures of what I mean and a little diagram of two black dots I drew on to show where the bumps are. It’s quite difficult to get a good picture of it.
