Should I tell his doctor about this?

My 5 month old son has these spots on the back of his head. We thought it might be the start of cradle cap but it’s been exactly like this for a week and hasn’t changed. It’s right on top of his soft spot

My son has one on the back of his neck since birth. It’s slowly fading. Doc says it’s just a birthmark.

My baby has also on his back and also on face ( on lids and between eyes)... and they will never disappear :( they will be more blur by time :(

It’s caused by him laying on something that isn’t just wearing off the hair but also irritating his skin.

Should I tell his doctor about this?
