I got Kyleena 2.5 weeks ago and…

I got Kyleena 2.5 weeks ago while on my period and now for the past few days I’ve been floored with exhaustion! Other than that the only things I’ve experienced since getting the iud is random spotting and light cramping. This exhaustion feels identical to when I was pregnant with my 2 kids, the early exhaustion you get in the first few weeks. Does the IUD cause you to be like that? Will it get better? My follow up is on Feb 14th but not sure if I can wait that long with how tired I’m feeling. I’m also almost 3 months postpartum and could have anemia. I didn’t feel like this until after I got the IUD so it’s leading me to think the symptoms are related.
