Mirena IUD is this normal??
Every month, about 5 or 6 days before my “period” is supposed to start, I get one night of SUPER bad cramps and then I have a lot of discharge, clear and thin. Then when it’s time for my period I get mild cramps and some spotting. Or no spotting. Is this normal to have the cramps ahead of time and clear discharge? It feels like my body is doing weird things and it worries me. I’ve had this for the past two years.
