Is this a positive ovulation result? My ovulation week has switched as well..

So before I took a photo of my result for an ovulation test, Glow was predicting my fertile week to start on January 14th.. However, I posted my result through Glow with it saying it was the last positive they had on their scale.. What prompted me to take a test was that all day up until about an hour ago, I was having cramping.. I knew it was going to be positive as I usually get pretty strong cramps when I do ovulate..

Question is, what are the chances of me falling pregnant this cycle if I have sex today before bed? .. I did have sex 3 days ago, which I know sperm can survive for up to 5 days, but is that enough time if I dont have sex tonight?.. Or did I already ovulate if I had cramping and that positive test?
