10 for progesterone is a little low. Hcg count is not a good way to determine singletons or multiples.

Please ask to be prescribed progesterone asap. That's low honestly and while it could be fine it could also drop and cause a mc. I am not trying to scare you I just want you to be able to catch it now instead of potentially too late. I was put on progesterone for 3 pregnancies all ended up fine but my levels with my son were at 12 and they put me on it with next 2 pregnancies I always pushed to be on it From the start ot cant hurt and can save a pregnancy with low levels.

My progesterone was low and I ended up having a Blighted Ovum. I pray you don’t have to go through that. Still dealing with the grief and next month it will be a year. (Still not pregnant again btw)

Update 8weeks 1 day. They arent worried about the progesterone.  Also I'm dealing with chronic high blood pressure already.  They said it was 140/90

Your progesterone is lower than the labs guidelines for pregnancy I would say that’s why they recommended another test. As for your HCG that could indicate a twin situation for that and you are over seven weeks pregnant with a Singleton. I would definitely follow up with your doctor and see what they recommend.
