RH Factor & Miscarriage ??

I am RH negative and got the rhogam shot after my first miscarriage in October. I am experiencing my second miscarriage now. I thought that I would still have the antibodies from the rhogam shot but got bloodwork done yesterday and my lab results show that I have no antibodies left. Has anyone been able to confirm if being RH negative increases your chances of miscarrying? If you experienced anything similar, did you notice getting pregnant soon after getting a rhogam shot made a difference? As of now, the only “issue” seems to be that I am RH negative so I am curious if that is playing a role in back to back losses. Any feedback is appreciated, thank you!!
