I need some unbiased opinions.

Parent A is an RN that got called off work one day. A wants to pick up a shift but the sitter isn’t available that day.

Parent B makes less money but is a manager. Parent A thinks B should call in to work since A can make more money. Parent B says they can’t call in due to being a manager and already running short staffed. Parent A thinks career should be a higher priority than B and that B should always make the sacrifices since they make less. Parent B says that since parent A is trying to pick up unscheduled hours, they can do so when childcare isn’t an issue.

Who is right?
