I went in for an ultrasound last week and they were measuring baby at 6 weeks and 1 day but baby had no heartbeat. I went in for a follow up scan today and baby has a heartbeat but is still measuring 6 weeks and 1 day, meaning in the last 5 days baby has not grown at all. I should be measuring at 7 weeks. They are having me wait another week and then go in again.

This past week they also checked my hcg and progesterone levels, and my hcg was increasing but not doubling as it should be. My progesterone was nice and high though (27).

Has anyone had this experience and then went on to have a 100% healthy pregnancy? Our OB was saying this could indicate genetic concerns or placenta concerns.

Any one with a similar experience I would love to hear how it ended for you, either good or bad! Please, just any answers would be so helpful right now.
