Questions about Clomid, follicles, lining, etc.!

Hello! Looking for some info as I’m approaching ovulation during my first cycle of Clomid along with monitoring and trigger. Today is CD10 and I had monitoring this morning. They said that on the left, I have one follicle measuring a little over 18mm and one measuring less than 10mm. On the right, I have several follicles all measuring less than 10mm. They also said my uterine lining is just below 5mm. I guess my question is… is any of this bad, considering that I’m only on CD10? I don’t really know what to expect here.
