Best menstrual product to use in the pool?

I will be going to Disney world in July when I go swimming during my period I typically use tampons I was just curious If a menstrual cup or disc would be better. Also my step daughter has recently started getting her period so which would be best for her to use (if she gets her period while we are on vacation)  we will be using the resort pool and going to the two Disney water parks

Is the best! Menstrual cups are super, you just purchase ones and it could be in use for 10 years if you take good care of it. I’m almost a year of using it and I love It. 👌🏼 no more menstrual pads or tampons 👌🏼.

I switched to these and I wish I switched sooner. I do not worry about leaks. Don't worry about my period on it. I dump it out in the morning and 12 hours later. 
With a tampon I was always worried about the string falling out of my suit. When I used a towel did I leak on it. Plus they caused me pain.
