Anatomy scan

I am pregnant with my first child. I will be going to my anatomy scan this coming Tuesday (next week) I am wondering what all should I expect when I go? I’m really anxious about it even though I’ve seen my lil guy many times on a scan, this is giving me anxiety. Really hope he is healthy. I will love him either way, but I’m nervous. Do they tell you on the spot if something is wrong or is that my OB job to discuss with me? Do I really need a full bladder? Please tell me anything I might want to know. TIA
