Measuring behind

Went for an u/s 2 weeks ago and saw the yolk sac, no fetal pole.

Today was my 2 week follow up and was supposed to be 7w5d and measured 6w0d with just a flicker of *maybe* a heartbeat (they didn’t measure it)…have to go back in a week! 🤦🏽‍♀️ cycles are long (35 days) but still super worried.

Doctor said to be cautiously optimistic. My cervix was closed even though I had some spotting.

Anyone have a similar experience and it turn out okay?
