I have been working in a office since November 2020! Worked from home March 2020 till November 2020 could not stick working from home any longer. Because our office is small and there is only 3 people who works there and we had to be in the office as they where certain jobs that can only be done in house due to the company I work for and we exempt from working from home under the section 13 or essential workers law that came in. However with that been said it’s in our policy now that we can work from home 3 out of days 5 days a week if we wanted to. I find for me it’s easier to go to work as I only live within walking distance of the job but also love the option to work from home if I needed to! Also with covid we have struck rules with do the at home tests once a week and have to document in files and out of 3 workers only 1 is vaccinated.
