Advice or help?

So my SO is in the military and he came home last month for 10 days. We did have sex and he did finish in me. We did this a few times. Glow told me that I was only 3% chance of becoming pregnant. I am now a week late. How likely is it to become pregnant without ovulating. Is it common? He isnt even home or able to talk.
