Trust your body!

Had her today at 1:57 AM💖

All I have to say is: trust your body! I was at home with contractions that were so inconsistent for 12+ hours. About like 6-12 mins apart then would stop for like 20 minutes then start again. This happened for 12+ hours straight. But they were soooo painful. I kept calling the hospital asking if I should go in because the pain, but they said they recommend only coming in if they’re 3 mins apart. I was so afraid of being sent home so I stayed for 12+ hours at home in so much pain. I finally said no I’m just gonna go in this is too painful. The contractions were in intervals like this: 4, 3, 6, 2, 5. So random. Got to the hospital & I was 8cm dilated!! To think that if I were to stay home longer, I could’ve gave birth to her at home! Always trust your body ladies! You know when it’s time! Every labor is different 💖
