Did I ovulate?!

Question

Ladies please take a look at my chart, does it look like I ovulated? I know it’s a long cycle, I have PCOS, and this one was extra long 😞 I felt like I initially had ovulated on CD 56, but feel like it actually might’ve been CD 58. Thoughts?

I’d say 56 because there was a dip before hand and following temps are still elevated even though there was a slight dip at 2dpo it’s still high.

As per Glows own BBT charting page, once you’ve ovulated, your basal body temperature will shift up by at least four-tenths (0.4) of a degree Fahrenheit. (0.2 Celsius). If your temperature stays elevated for at least 3 days after that shift, then you know that you’ve ovulated.
Don’t worry about the rule of the previous 6, that’s just for drawing coverlines, and not to confirm ovulation.
