Advice on buying a house
I have no idea how home loans work. Like the approval process, the payment process, etc. I’ve tried to google it but I didn’t understand the terminology. I would also like to hear from people with experience. I’ve heard some people say that their mortgage is less than what their apartment rent was… what’s a mortgage? 😅 thanks In advance!
