Does anyone else’s baby throw tantrums?

My baby just turned 4 months old (I’ve been posting alot because alot is going on lol) she is a very happy baby but she throws fits multiple times a day. I mean kicking and the whole 9 yards. At first we thought she was in pain so we made sure it wasn’t teething, constipation , hunger etc. She gets so mad she’ll knock the bottle away. We took her to the doctor and everything. She’s perfectly healthy. When she cries like that & we stand up with her she stops crying immediately!
