Baby has possible tongue tie and feeling defeated…

He’s only 4 days old but I caved in and gave him a pacifier last night because he would not stop crying even when he was trying to breastfeed. My nipples are so sore I can feel my soul leave my body when he’s trying to latch on or breastfeeding. I feel so discouraged as I didn’t have this issue with my other 2 babies. I am seriously considering giving him formula because of how bad it hurts. I am sitting in tears as I write this, my nipples hurt so bad and he’s sucking on his pacifier.
