HCG test

So i took this test a couple hours ago at work. I waited about 2 minuets because I was at work showed negative then set it aside and continued working

Came back to it around 20 minuets later and it showed this thick line with color from what I can tell. Read the instructions and it saids Read in 10 minuets. I am about to go get another pregnancy test but is it possible that this is a true positive.
