So basically we agreed I would claim our son this year then he changed his mind out of the blue (he’s always claimed him because I’m a SAHM, he’s also non custodial) and made a big deal about it but I left it at that we already agreed I would get to claim him. I’m now married and my son lives with us majority. Well my sons dad already filed so idk what to expect because he shouldn’t be claiming him more so because he doesn’t provide for him like we do, which is 24/7. Anyone deal with this and have tips?
