Am I being a dick ? Telling mil about preg

So just want some thoughts/opinions…
I’m currently 8 weeks preg with my 2nd. I’m really contemplating not telling my mil I’m pregnant for the foreseeable future. 
We have a pretty shitty relationship , she’s lied and stole from us. She’s extremely emotional and gets frantic about stuff. 
With my first she would stop over every day unannounced even after we asked her to call/ text before. 
My parents and sisters know , so I feel kind of bad but she’s so stressful and annoying I don’t. She recently asked my partner if I was and I made him tell her I was just eating too many cheese burgers. 
Think I should tell her or no?anyone wait to tell their mil? I’m thinking like 20 weeks if that

Lying to her face is weird. But choosing to not go out of your way to tell her is up to you.

Even if you are- this is a situation where it doesn’t really matter in my opinion. You need to do what’s best for you.
We told my parents at 4 weeks
We told his sisters at 6 weeks
We didn’t tell his parents until close to 12 weeks because his mom is a blabbermouth. 🤷‍♀️

I think you should tell her but make sure you set boundaries.

If you want to wait then wait don’t worry about her. Only thing I would do is make sure to tell her at least a day or so before you announce it to the world.
