I’m so stressed out and so ticked off right now. Im currently 27w4d with our rainbow baby boy after losing 6 baby’s in a row 2 of which were lost back to back due to ic and I’ve already had to have labor stopped twice in this pregnancy. I had to go up to labor and delivery around 6:00pm last night for extremely bad contractions and pressure. The entire time I was in L&d I was having realllllly strong contractions back to back but they kept saying they didn’t know what was causing them and that they were just gonna send me home.

Well right before the doctor disconnected me from the monitor my sons heart rate did a huge dip and dropped all the way to 45 and it wouldn’t go up. The doctor ended up paging the chief of ob and for someone to bring in an ultrasound ASAP. After it dropped to 45 she completely lost his heart rate and couldn’t find it for a few minutes then it finally picked back up but stayed at 80 until finally 5 minutes later it went to 108 which still isn’t good but was better than 45. She decided to keep me and continue monitoring me. After being monitored for a few hours Wyatt had 3-4 more big dips and quite a few little ones too but the doctor STILL chose to send me home!!!!! I kept telling her I didn’t feel safe going home and that I didn’t want to be sent home but she refused to listen to me and discharged me anyways.

I’m now at home, still having a lot of pressure and really strong contractions and I’m in tears. Im so upset and soooooo scared that my sons heart rate could drop again without us ever knowing. The last time I had to have my labor stopped on January 8th he was having bad heart rate drops and I was kept for 5 days straight to monitor his heart because they were so worried but this time when the dip was the biggest one I’ve ever had with him they sent me home! I just pray that if that does happen that it’s able to come back up again and that God keeps him safe.
