Low fetal heart rate

Hi there, I’m pregnant with my second child and recently had my first ultrasound at 6.6 weeks. At the ultrasound they said everything looked good but then I was called in to the walk-in clinic a few days later to discuss the results. They told me the fetal heart rate was slow at 70bpm and that I need to go in for another scan in 2 weeks. I’m really worried this is a sign of first trimester demise. The research out there is scary. I have no idea how to hold this anxiety for the next 2 weeks. Does anyone else have experience with this?
