Have any of you experienced a sore throat in early pregnancy? Is that a possible sign?

Ttc our first baby :/ im 2 days late. I i see my  breats are more tender as if they got a little bigger over night. Realllyyy moody/emotional... Been having really bad cramps as if af is coming. Nauseas..  And now im experiencing a sore throat...However i tested and got a negative :/

Im 14dpo will test tomorrow or after tomorrow yesterday i woke up with a sore throught and today i lost myvoice and have a flu i really really really hope that its a sign and im pregnant as i dont have any other symptoms

So far with both times I've been TTC I had a throat infection in may I needed antibiotics for and I'm currently on 10DPO and have had a cold and cough since the 18th when I ovulated.

Have any of you experienced a sore throat in early pregnancy? Is that a possible sign?
