Should I stop taking the progesterone

Dr says to expect miscarriage since my levels only went up from 31 to 34 in 2 days, 4 weeks pregnant, that was 3 days ago… but they didn’t tell me to stop taking the progesterone? I did 3 days ago when they told me to expect bleeding but I’m scared what if I need the progesterone to help? I just wish they would get me in sooner than 18 days from now :( what if it’s another ectopic? I lost one tube already I can’t lose the other. I just want a healthy bubba :(

Should I start taking progesterone again or just wait and see? I don’t want to delay a natural miscarriage but I also want to save it if I can ya know?
