Bottle introduction

My baby girl completed her 2 months today. I am exclusively brestfeeding her. I will go back to work in October and my in laws will take care of her. When is the best time to introduce a bottle? And how to introduce it ? Any tips and suggestions please. Right now I am home all day because I have to be available for her to feed her. Even when I go to meet our friends and family I keep leaving the conversation or dinner because I go away to other room to feed her. It looks awkward. Please give me some advice on bottle feeding
