Bleeding and pain during ovulation after baby

I am 5 months pp from my second csection. I’ve had three periods so far and during the ovulation I get cramping and a twisting pain in my lower abdomen followed by some thick clear and bloody discharge. Sound normal or not? My friend told me I should contact my ob next week to let them know even if it’s nothing. It lasts about 3-5 days too. Anyone experience this? Reminds me of some of the discharge from after recovering from the csection. Hmm
