4 weeks pregnant question ?

Hi ladies I am currently 4 weeks pregnant yesterday evening I had couple spotting in panties no blood in pee but couple spotting in tissue. I had cramping feeling before I went to bathroom. A day before I tested at home I had a little tiny blood in discharge after pee. Then couple days after was when I tested and it was positive. Currently No vomiting or fever. This is my second pregnancy I did not had any spotting in my previous pregnancy. This morning the bleeding is increased its enough to fill the whole bowl. It is in tissue and still I don’t have no pain or anything. I am trying not to stress. I hope I can still be able to save my pregnancy. I hope everything is ok fingers crossed 🤞 Can someone tell me if they experience the same ? Thanks for your help ladies appreciate it 💜
