Maybe labor?

I need help 😅 so I have 2 kids already but it’s been so different. Friday night went to the ER for cramping and pressure and lower back pain which I was having contractions so they gave me a shot in my arm and IV to see if they could stop it which it did but now here I am again with 10x the cramps and pressure and now I keep going diarrhea and I’m hungry but when I try to eat I can’t I feel like I’m going to puke. Should I go back to the ER or just wait it out?
