Bleeding and spotting yet HCG raising

Hi everyone, I see brown particles as I pee. Had bleeding yesterday and day before. Today no bleeding but spotting brown. Tested HCG yesterday and it's raising. I am 5 weeks now. Scared. Any one faced the same?
