Is this basically positive?

I've used opks before when we conceived my daughter. Having PCOS I'm really excited with this as I haven't ovulated for 2 months however had brown spotting for 6 days so I counted it as a period and now CD 13 I got this!!! Not sure if its coming down from ovulation or gearing up
