Help please!

I got my IUD In May, the constant bleeding just stopped in December. Now when I have sex the only time I bleed is after. I just had sex on January 24, and lightly bled for a few Now the bleeding stopped but my nipples are sore. I’m not sure if that was my period or if these are pregnancy signs? Can anyone help
