When did you start TTC

I am about a week and a half pass miscarriage. I went naturally. My bleeding is like dark blood spotting at this point. I’m feeling aching in my lower pelvic area and ovaries kinda feels like ovulation pains. Could this be me ovulating? How long did you guys wait to try again after your miscarriage. I want to try TTC with my first ovulation but I was told not to have intercourse until 2 weeks after.
