When is the right time to call and make an appointment with OB?

I am 6 weeks I always wait till I am 10 weeks but i see girls go early i wait bec there's nothing they do so early in pregnancy

I always call right away just to get my foot in the door and make sure I can get myself an appointment.
I’m 6 weeks tomorrow but I’ve already gotten myself an appointment for when I’m 9 weeks. 
Better to get in before they have no more availability! :)

I always call right when I find out and they book you for when they want to see you.

I’m currently 5 weeks my I called they scheduled me for the 24 of February that’s gunna have me at 8 to 9weeks

I usually call when I get a positive test that way they can schedule my appointments for the same day & it's already taken care of. I called at 8 weeks this time & I go at 10 weeks but have to go 2 separate days because they didn't bave anything on the same days & always start seeing me around 8-10 weeks.

I was planning to wait later but started having some odd pains (for me) and have had a previous miscarriage so I wanted to see someone earlier.  But I am just seeing my regular care provider and not an OB or prenatal specific Dr.

I waited until I was about 8 weeks, there’s a better chance of seeing baby by then 🙂

I’d call now, with my insurance I had to wait for a referral and then the dr office was booked. So I waited almost 6 weeks to be seen

I normally call right away because I start throwing up at 6 weeks and needed a zofran prescription with with pregnancy.
But if you feel comfortable waiting - I wouldn’t worry about it - some women don’t even find out until closer to 12 weeks anyway.
