Anyone experience this and ended up being pregnant?

AF is not due for another 9 days. A few days ago I had spotting that was very light pink, brown and orange that lasted around 3 days. I’ve had cramps for the last few days as well and on and off again sore breasts. I took a test knowing how early it was to even try to test 🤦‍♀️ but now I’m wondering if this is a vvvfl or just an indent. This appeared within 3 minutes. Very hard to see honestly!
