It’s ridiculous to me that they tell you not to eat raw fish. Do you think japanese women dont eat raw sushi during their pregnancies? well, they do!

You just gotta know where to buy from.

Stay away from supermarket sushi. Get it from a reputable place. Make sure it doesn’t smell “fishy” and youre go to go!

I enjoy ALL the sushi during my pregnancies. And to be honest I eat/drink anything I want.

Honestly people just like to make such a big deal 🙄
